This game is broken. No save button or automatic saving, walking speed gets slower each time I use the camera, some items I bring home don't even appear in the inventory

Yes I am using 'RoxyVR.exe'. When the game loads into the main menu, just after you pick VR mode, I can see the camera fall down under the floor. Launching the game with the headset on the floor is tricky on a quest 3, but it brings me above the floor and all the way up to  Roxy's hips, but that's obviously still too low to be playing the game properly. It's like the floor collision turns off a second after the menu is loaded or something like that.

Not for me, still spawning under the floor. Using Quest 3 with Virtual Desktop

am I blind or is there no stuck in the ground version?

The GIFs are purposely misleading. You cannot interact with their bodies with VR controllers.
