Hey, i'm currently having this same problem, and i DID extract my files, but is hasn't worked yet ;w;' Was there anything specific you did? Sorry this is so random lol, i'd really like to have my main clan back ^^'
Heyy i'm having a problem with my clan saves. (I have a Windows 11 FYI)
So after playing with my first clan for a while, i made a new one. I switched back to my first clan, which restarts the game. After trying to open the app i got an error message. I extracted the files and was able to open it, but my clans (and what i put my setting as) are gone. After poking around a bit, i realized my clans and their cats are all in my files somewhere, but they will not appear in-game. I have tried opening the clan files through the application but i get an error message. If anyone has a fix or ideas as to what i should do, please let me know ^^
Edit: Still haven't figured it out, but i think the problem is that some kind of file called "sprite/down" is missing and that's what is causing the error i get whenever i try opening my clan saves through the app.
