This game is absolutely incredible, kudos to you and the team.  I'll get a review up this week (I hope).  Well done on this release, it's not just a top tier PD game, it's a top tier game full stop.

This is great!  You owe it to yourself to add a bit more :) I bet you'd get a great result in terms of interest.    I like the list of additions in the comment below. The "Buy All" being chief amongst them, I was cursing you while flogging 90 Wood to get funds for the new puppy :)  

I can see how the NPC characters be fleshed out with a little narrative etc.  (The puppy woman was pretty quiet after I gave her all that gold...)

Apart from anything else, I did find myself sinking  a solid 45 mins into it - didn't want to put it down until the puppy and some sheep were mine to pet!

I get the poster's point.  However, I like the approach you're taking, "staying in character."  Anything that stands out and is novel gets a thumbs up from me :). Currently playing the game.  Enjoying it.  My own small gripe is I wish there was a way to enlarge text ( I have this comment for zillions of PD games, but I do like to raise it).

Level 19 kicking my behind a bit...I'm probably not using my brain enough :) Locing it so far! Good pricing too. EDIT: Completed it - total joy, near-perfect portable play.

OK, all reviewed - it will be up in Saturday  -sorry for the multiple comments but....the game engine could make for a fantastic sci-fi set up too, each mission being a different planet, sci-fi weapons upgrades etc...It's too good an engine for one game :)

Your best is great.  You've nailed that difficult thing to nail - addictiveness.  I can't put it down :)  Also, which Specie games did you work on?  I'd love to see some 48k ports over here :)

'series' :) - I like a bit of occult and lovecraft stuff so this has me intrigued!

I'd buy it :). After a few levels, maybe a few more things to remember?  Maybe have a blow into the mic for the frosting (avoiding brain freeze of course).  

This is so good!  I can see a lot of potential in this being a larger game.  Music, graphics, premise are solid.  I'm reviewing it over on Playdate Player, but it won't post until June 12th due to backlog of stuff.  I hope you build on this idea!

I think this game is superb.  going to do a little review of it next week (playdate player YT).  It took me 4 levels to get to grips with it, but once it clicked I found it addictive and so well balanced.  I'd love to see a stat screen of how much stuff I'm blown up, maybe a hi-score of some sort, otherwise, enjoying it a great deal.

ha that’s good to hear :) I was shocked it was EXACTLY the same as the pedometer . Mind you I may be the only  pedometer fan in the Playdate’s community :)

Random - ever been to Edinburgh?  They have a pub called Bally Ballerson (it's a cocktail / ball pit Combo ha ha).  The venue was put together by Buildy Buildersons.  I am not making this up.  

Fun as it is but also has a lot of potential to be a larger game, it could be a real hit I reckon.  Will review this in the next few weeks :)   A Hi-Score table would be ace.
