Is this a one time purchase? I'm definitely not going to pay up more than once if the price is $12

It's hard to say, when I first played some years ago it wasn't that different in terms of narrative and there were no choices I can remember. Other than the "combat" it was always a visual novel. The combat system seems worse than last time I played though. It puts a lot of emphasis on leveling up but the grind itself is pretty grating after a while. That's if you play normally that is. 

Is this a one time purchase or will I have to pay another $5 when the new update releases?

Also it seems that I'm nearing the end of content even though I haven't been playing long. How much is behind the paywall? If there's enough to justify it I wouldn't mind paying, especially for more Margaret.

I just bought the bundle for $12 but the cheat version of the latest build isn't included. Is this intentional? If it was I wouldn't have bought the bundle to begin with and just paid $10 for the latest cheat build of IT. Also, is this a one time purchase or do I have to pay for new builds every time? Looking forward to playing this again after so long
