There's not an option to reset the card settings other than starting a new game. Add a "Reset" button below Confirm
For me it is in Users > [your name] with show hidden files > AppData > LocalLow > Turtle Stack Games > Doodle EmpiresStill, there needs to be a way to do it in game. Navigating to this folder isn't useful to the average user.
I don't want that fixed. I like using it early in the game when there's a few nations far away with they could logically unite with.
