Is that the correct answer or are you just being a wise ass? Either way, seems as though you're missing the point and helping make it at the same time.  Colloquialisms and slang further exacerbate the issue.

A game is a form of art. If you create only what others ask of you then the result will lack the passion it deserves and be a lesser form of what it could be. I couldn't care less about the mechanics but I'd rather those be pursued then end up with something lacking heart.

It's your creation and your time and energy being expended, not the players. See to it that you get as much pleasure in creating the game as players do exploring it. In other words, do what you want, and haters can go fuck themselves.

Hope you can find a good balance.  It's  a neat concept, but I think it's going to be hard to balance, because you kind specific of need the hints too. I ran into "having both male and female traits." I tried Hermaphrodite, herm, Non-binary, nonbinary, intersex, futa, and androgynous, all of which were valid answers, but because it was behind the Patreon portion I couldn't even get the first letter and had to give up.

My best suggestion would be just pay gating portions of the content that aren't even accessible to the free version.

Has potential but is not very playable to non-patreons which may backfire with how frustrating some of the hints can be. You would be much better off at least enabling the refresh so people can take a crack at different ones.

I figured when I read how you were going about it. You're killing it either way. I'm sure you'll find the process you like. Good luck! Hope to see Hayami on itch.io sometime.

Solid start, good work. I'd like to see your other characters in games like this.

My one criticism would be that the lighting between the static scenes and the animated ones is incredibly different. It's like daylight vs night, making it feel disjointed.

Sorry for the late reply, but I think I figured it out. I think it's because I'm a workaholic in the game just like real life and never actually went to the house at night, so I didn't get that scene before dating the twins where she appears.

For the Emma thing it might be helpful if her hint was the same as the others pre-second act; i.e. progress the story instead of go on a date. Once you mentioned a second act that's when I realized I was missing actual story instead of being laser focused on figuring out why I can't date her.

2 Questions, where is Lucario in the list of additional Pokémon to be added. I'm hoping fairly high. There other question is where did you source the images? Perchance is the best I've found but it doesn't produce them nearly as consistent looking as those.

Same here, it appears to be a bug based on the fact I progressed through all of the story but Ava and Emma. Now every character says progress the story further.

On a side note there also a interesting path were you can see Luna in the story with those 2 before you see the scene where she creates a form.  slightly confusing at first for me.
