I think there is an achievement for beating the 'final' boss at the mountain but that's about it.

Body shape does not affect anything but the text in the game I think. 

You can get a gem from the human town by going to the town square and eavesdropping that the Witch will accept as payment. She will let you buy spell scrolls and some enchanted items.

You have to encounter all of the companions more than once for them to join you. For Trudy (human trap) you need like 3-4 encounters. You can invite Urka to join you the 2nd time you meet her and stay at her camp. You also need 2 encounters for the elf. 

The patch notes for the latest update mention a Tiara of Control, but I can't seem to find it ANYWHERE. Anyone know where to get it from?

When your character becomes too slutty through perks, he will wear makeup in the combat screen

Sounds good! I can't wait to see what the game will be like when that happens.

Seeing as how there are several perks which have to do with enjoying sex, such as anal lover, is it possible that there will ever be different scene text based on perk level? For example, if you have 0 levels on Mouth Maniac your character would have text reflecting that they don't enjoy blowing, whereas if you had the perk at level 3 they'd find it really enjoyable.
