It's hard to find answers on this because it's an ignorant question. The question doesn't have an answer, because you're asking the wrong questions. Godot 4 doesn't have inherit performance issues. There are performance characteristics in the way that you approach a problem, just like with anything else. Inexperienced devs are always concerned about performance _before_ they dive into problem solving, but the answer is always to work through performance _after_ you solve the problem.

Very cool. I'd be cool if you kept working on it. Maybe a guaranteed route that doesn't involve staying touching the sand, forced movement forward, etc. Looks great!

This could be useful getting ideas for a lot of design -- not just games.

No executable found with running from itch app on Linux.

Thanks! I forgot about alt for unity games!

Would be great if I could get it to not load fullscreen. Framerate is not great on intel 915 on a Linux laptop at 1440p, and I figure a smaller window would work better.

It would be nice if you couldn't use a medpack if you had 100% health. Enjoying it so far!

Great to see Demon itch! Congrats, Ferret!
