On her private server, the beach, there's an event that requires you to have picked the "spicy" decision during the Roman server, which required you to have 4 affection points with her then to be available. So if you didn't or couldn't pick that during the Roman part Dalia gets greyed out after the beach.

There's a symbol in one of the corners of the screen that lets you do it, it's not part of the regular dialogue options. A bit similar to the goggles you can use on Annie earlier in the game.

The humour definitely helps make it stand out. There's many qualities in the game, but few other VNs can claim that one too.

I didn't know about the chores (skipped that) and didn't make the breakfast either. Will keep those in mind when I no doubt restart in the next or final version.

And ooh. Your mod is what I used to troubleshoot how I'd lost Dalia's path in the first place. It was very handy, thank you! I kept it installed and noticed I make suboptimal choices every so often, but rarely so much I roll back.

A scene much later in the game depends on you having made the "spicy" bet with her during the Roman server and if you don't get that scene her storyline is killed off.

I think it's the itch moderators that'll ban him, if anyone, rather than Caribdis himself. Not all his posts are technically harassment and/or spam though, only a handful are reportable really. Though seeing as it's been a couple of days now, moderators probably don't work during the weekend so most likely he will be around until sometime on monday.

"this guy is extremely polite and objective."

Yep, those statements just ooze politeness and objectivity. Nothing like threatening to spam (which is short for Stupid Pointless Annoying Message, btw, which certainly applies) and insulting the developer and other customers.

"I recognize his value and his education on this subject."
What value and education would that be?

Well, it has 5 stars based on 5023 ratings so even if a few people were to join his crusade based on "lack of communication" and progress, I think the effect would be rather negligible. And him downrating every comment once isn't as devastating as he believes either I am sure.

But he's good entertainment. Though I guess that's subjective, depends on whether you like clowns or not.

It's probably that damalon Benjamin guy. He's angry because he can't afford to use Patreon or Subscribestar, and he's scared of using Discord, so he's not getting progress updates on this platform (itch). Benjamin might end up excommunicated here as well though for spam and harassment, maybe that will revoke all the -1s he's been handing out.

Huh. Wow. I did not expect an official response; I see there's this other guy commenting a lot, complaining that most the official information is on Discord/Patreon etc. mostly. Personally I can understand why that's the case so I appreciate that even stuff here on itch gets attention. But I'm rambling, what I originally meant to say is thank you for reading and considering feedback, no matter where it's posted.

I just finished the current content a bit less than an hour ago and I think it's great for the most part. Don't think I've laughed anywhere near as much in any other game of this type; particularily the scenes with Alexandra dealing with Axel and Dalia/Penelope's interactions if both are pursued.

I was greatly perplexed how Dalia's arc was killed/"greyed" after the beach conversation, and judging by a couple other comments I saw, I wasn't alone in this. I was only able to finally figure it out by using a mod (which I also found in another comment) so in case anyone else ends up the same and wondering why, here's a somewhat nerfed spoiler; when given the choice whether or not to make a certain bet "more interesting", not doing that will kill her arc... but only after the beach is it actually greyed out, not immediately after you've made the wrong choice so to speak. Bit harsh I think.
