As far as I can tell there is no new content in 1.3C most likely just bug fixes, as for the outfits they are not currently in the game, only the bra and apron for slut and the second Love outfit.

Had to both delete my save and do a clean reinstall but it's working now, thank you.

Game just crashes on startup after the last update

Yeah completely up to date, not sure why it's not unlocking I might try a reinstall and see if that helps.

Can't seem to get the second Nile scene, I have her plushy on the desk am I missing something?
