After playing your other Yuri visual novel, I am happy to find this.

The answer for the math is 
Apples = 10
Bananas = 1
Coconut = 2

Overall = 15

Explanation:

Okay so apples = 10

There are 3 bananas in 1 banana...

Though at first it will be four.
Because when you add
Apple + Banana + Banana = It will be 18 for some reason.
Aka, 10 + 4 + 4 = 18 
Then 3rd problem is  Banana - Coconut = 2
Meaning to say Coconut is 2, While Banana is still 4 in this problem too.
Aka, 4 - 2 = 2 
But in the last there are only 3 bananas in 1 banana.
Which is tricking your eyes to think its 4.
So  Coconut + Apple + Banana = 15.
Aka, 2 + 10 + 3 = 15.
