Thanks for the feedback! It might be that it is weirdly difficult because while developing, I got weirdly good at it. So I can for sure lower the enemy spawn rate and increase the pill drop rate in the next update.

My idea with the Assassin is that she is good at the start but as the wave of enemies gets out of control you need more area of effect heroes to slow them down and clear them in one big attack.
I'm still working on the balance to make each hero viable. Let me know if you have any recommendations.

Sorry to hear you find it challenging. The pills will drop more frequently as you remove more clothing. By the end, there will be too many to collect them all.
I tried designing each babe with a unique play style. So for the first babe, you could try aiming on the far left such that the first few blocks you clear reveal her left boob. Then you should have access to regenerating your ammo by shooting her nipple and collecting the droplets.

The problem may be that you have to break the clothing at specific locations to reach the girls private parts. Hitting the boobs/pussy will send droplets that you can collect to restore some "ammo".
As you tear away more clothing you will also restore more and more ammo passively over time, so you don't want to always be shooting.
