Hello. I've been trying to get itch.io to answer me about my issue with this game (not being able to access it). I never got a reply and looking at this thread I see that the problem is with Sad Crab. You were saying that we could get a refund. What do I need to do to get it?
It is such a shame that you act like that with your product. I bought the game to show support as I had enjoyed it so much and to be able to get access to newer versions as they came along. I was locked out of it almost immediately as you changed your price soon afterwards (I bought it for $9 when the price was only $10). I want a refund and want to let you know that I won't ever support you again with this or any game you make.
And, as you can see in this screen, it says that I paid for the game (when it was discounted) and I was able to access the 0.9.1 version that time. But now, if I try to download the game, I can only download the free version.
Hey, mate. I am still waiting for them to answer back to see if they can solve the issue. However, I think that the problem is on your end. Because it says that I bought the game but I can't access the paid files. Instead, if I look into other games I have bought, I can download everything. I think that maybe you need to check which files you allow people to download.
