Thats kind of impossible, but you can message the player or anyone who does not see the hat to download load and put it in the folders in novetus. It might sound confusing, but it works, I guess.

I have problems with my novetus version, that's been happening for 2 years now. When I play something in 2006 or 2007, it lags a lot. I have the newest version of Windows 10 and the newest version of Novetus, and I want to play 2007 Roblox just like in other YouTube videos. Anyone knows how to fix this?
