Why doesn't the game count my goldfish?

... Huh. Every third or fourth shark just matches my movement perfectly and gets me every time. My runs are now incredibly short. What do I need to avoid doing so I don't get the fail state shark anymore?

I have 13 goldfish from my first post-udate run, but tapping him does nothing. How many do I need?

Fantastic game! Are you still planning on adding different shark girls? I know Adjectivenouncombo did all the visual assets and I don't know how comfortable you are adding your own, but I'd definitely recommend more sounds! It would be great to have sounds for the full digestion sequence after the mermaid gets eaten, maybe a scream from on her, a burp from the shark...
