you pick a loadout of anything in the game to add to you and your turret, and add at max 3 perks then you start the game unable for enemies to drop anything and you cant replace/remove any items/perks you added, and you cant get any more perks.
with the removal of the triple cannon for now because of balancing, i feel like balancing THOSE instead so we can have it back faster, instead of just the double cannon but triple, what if it was like a burst fire (if there wasnt that yet, or if you wanna keep it the way it is, just a burst cannon would be really cool)
