They do actually, the neck controls are the only one that doesn't raise your heat, so if your head malfunctions, you can reposition the cannon with the neck :P

But notice, its not a bird but a birb, hence can rotate its head whatever angle it wants :P

I can build for linux, but I don't have a machine to test on it right now :\
