Where can i find the parts to enable doc choppy carry out the cyborg updates

Sweet game

Great game. Really enjoying it so far 

But there's something i noticed, whenever i  make an upgrade to my castle like private rooms and to the kitchen to improve the food it doesnt reflect on the management page. am i doing something wrong or it's supposed to be like that
