About the pregnancy content in OIALT, it was only shown on the ending when they gave birth, you can add more content on it in Eternum POST GAME, for example, showing the pregnancy phase of the belly swelling. this only happens ofcourse if MC decided to creampie the girl and has successfull fertilization.
