Any chance of remapping to arrow keys?

So many times, I didn't really see the solution. SO MANY TIMES. I was trying to get the 3 pieces out of the way, when really, all you need to do is keep one piece lower down than yourself. So stupid of me.

Level 30 - I have the method to get both extending bits in the shortest amount of moves (I think), but I just can't work out how to complete the level, I've tried 100s of times... HELP!
