Pitfoil only features a single ending currently, so congrats on completing it.
Glad to hear you found 3 frogs, sadly they don't do much. However, they do show up in the elevator between levels if you find them, but the loading screen doesn't play for a set amount of time so if you play on a fast enough computer you may never notice.
