Wanting to try the game, but when I hit play game is shows me the box with the loading bar underneath and doesn't load. How do I fix this?

I love your story and world you have made and what you have done so far. I am a bit lost on how to find the bum and also I can't seem to talk to the wizard. I have also found a bug. If you are in the power unlock area and then enter the memory area you can't get back to the play world.
