Hey! I know I'm slightly late, but I decided to pick up the game, see how it goes (like the concept so far), but was slightly confused by the "Adventure Phase". There is a chance that a previous hero matches the description of a hero in the new party. In such a case (according to the rulebook), we roll 1d6 and see what happens. However, what happens if the hero retires or doesn't show up? Does the party have one less member (3 instead of 4, for example) or do I replace them with someone new? I was thinking on picking one of these options, before each game (or maybe between "Invasion" and "Setup" phases), depending on if I want an easier time or not, but would like to know what actually happens here. It isn't fully done, but right now you can press "c" with which you can spawn creatures. They don't do anything yet, though. If you want you can wait until the end of the jam. Should be done by then.
