THANK YOU for your passion, time, effort and dedication; this is a piece of art. The ambience is perfect, i love the sound design (the sweet footsteps) and other events you recreate that weren't in the series narrative.
The only things i might note to review are two small details: the titles, fonts... They are too clean and sharp, not pixelated as the game graphics, like they don't match at all with the rest of the vibe. Another thing (i know this could sound stupid) it's Cooper; in the original series he wears a pair of high-waisted trousers; in your game, the pants are too low waisted (noticeable even with the low-poly model aesthetics). Note that Twin Peaks are from the year 1990; in that era, all trousers were high-waisted styled, specially with suits. This might seems a nonsense, but this little detail distracts me from entering the awesome world you created.
