After all players roll to attack, does the target still only take the highest damage roll like in most other Mark of the ODD ganes? I assume so i was just curious on intent when adding a to hit roll.

In the first line of skills starting with industrial equipment the Traveller conversion is  1 place down next to the wrong mothership skill.

I downloaded this over on drivethrurpg. What ive read seems neat the big issue is there are no bookmarks or anything to really help navigate and 306 page document efficiently. I likely won't use this much until it has these kinds of features.

Does the physical book include the PDF or would i have to buy them separately?

Thats fair, i really like the ideas in it and i still have it downloaded so its not a huge deal. Glaives looking really cool too.

Any plans for a expanded bestiary or tips for converting monsters from Troika! Or other systems?

this looks like a super cool concept. The big problem is I have yet to play OSE because I'll admit it I'm a little nervous about the level of complexity. To use this would I only need the free basic rules? Or would I need the advanced rules?
