Did you update your graphics drivers
Your integrated graphics needs to be able to run Vulkan. Any 6th gen (or later) processor should work.
If you plan on adding more to the game, I think some optional modifiers when taking the pills would be interesting. Like, "No Items" "Dealer Goes First" etc. Things to spice up endless when you're already satisfied with a high score.
Try going into your display settings and checking if it's trying to run on a non-existent monitor.
