i saved with the settings menu. i just hadnt been aware that i shouldve saved more often or something before hitting the arrow :/

weird bug appears where if a patron gets angry and leaves they dont actually leave. the seat gets stuck as "full" (even after the day ends)
note: do NOT hit the back arrow. you will lose a ton of progress. went from earth sized to 600ft across.
