Yes, though there are a few steps. 1: download Sidequest. 2: download the zip file which has the apk file. 3: connect your quest to your Mac and test if sidequest works by downloading a game. 4: if it does work, keep your headset plugged in then import the apk file to sidequest, wait a few moments for it to download then unplug your headset, go to Unknown Sources then boom boom pow, your gonna get milked
