Yep, most likely. I don't think there's SteamVR Support so yeah.
You just download it, extract it and run it. If you're on quest, I don't think you can run it directly on your headset, so you'd have to use link. If you're not on an Oculus headset, I don't think you can play it at all, atleast as far as I'm aware.
Don't think so, I'm not saying I'm correct on this one, but I believe it's only with Oculus headsets.
I'm pretty sure it only works with Oculus headsets as it doesn't utilize SteamVR as far as I know.
Keep inmind it won't work unless you enable unknown sources in the Oculus app. To do this, go to Settings>General and turn it on.
It should work with the Rift S, but it's alot more playable on quest as he mentioned.
