I am pretty sure you will be able to get the game on Windows 7 if you have the system requirements (processor, space (2 GB for the best) etc.)
that's because this game is FREE.
From my experience, it is not a virus. Do you have any specific kind of Anti-Virus? Zip files sometimes false-trigger some Anti-Viruses for some reason.
