For everyone antsy about the updates, they mentioned in the latest Devlog (v0.6.1) that the special December update would take place of the regular January one.
I understand feeling anxious and excited, but it's important to remember that making a game takes time and, in this case, the answer to your questions might be incredibly accessible and easy to find.

Absolutely nailed the vibes of a place open at midnight imo. I love the look of everything and, while the physics are simple, they feel very nice while playing. My only gripe is that it wasn't longer and, as another commenter has mentioned, the ending felt a little weak. But I loved playing it and even went in a couple more times.
I adored this game! I love the art style and the sound design is super fun! Movement at times could feel a bit slow or clunky, which bothered me at times, but it also helped me to approach things more methodically. I can't wait to see the full release!!
I really enjoyed playing through this!! The style is a wonderful mix of creepy, cute, and beautiful. I love the gameplay loop and how it isn't just "hit hard and fast and you'll be able to win".

really cool piece of work!! the atmosphere that both image and word create is somehow both intense and under-stimulating at the same time. it creates a very cool loop that fits really well with the overall vibe of the work.
very fun game !! The art style and music really sell it for me and I love the different shades of all the different characters, especially Manon. I loved getting to know them all.
The work sequences were very fun with just the right amount of difficulty! I loved how unique each customer, and day, felt.
What a little treat ! I especially loved the first reveal we see of the dinosaur and the slow revelation of what exactly is going on. Very nice game :3
