I think you mean Mario, her husband. By going down the route to help Sophia, you can't have any more interactions with Katerina or Emma. You would have to do another save and go down the route of not helping Sophia. You will still be able to have some scenes with Sofia later on as a sex slave. 

How do I get the Anna x Adrian x MC scene at the church? I only got it once and I can't reproduce it. 

What do the gifts do for each character? Does it impact anything?

Is the pure route anything unique other than seeing Anna in a different attire?

Wondering if there is an in-depth content list somewhere available so that I know I have acquired all the content that there is to acquire. There is an existing (unofficial?) guide, but I don't think it lists all there is to the game currently. If there is no in-depth content list then I'd suggest there be one so people don't miss out on content.
