Although everything in the new game is subject to change at this time, it will likely not include home-decoration mechanics like those of Dungeon Flipper. What we can say is that the new game will feature mechanics centered around a new type of craftsmanship and creation that you haven't seen from us before.

Stay tuned for our next game!

We're currently working hard on a new project that is more ambitious than anything we've done before. In order to propely complete that project, we need to wrap up work on Dungeon Flipper and focus entirely on what's ahead of us.

A massive overhaul of Dungeon Flipper's code and design has just come out! The update includes quality-of-life improvements, bug fixes, design refinements, new items, new features, and more. This will be Dungeon Flipper's last update, so we made it a good one. We're a high school development team who're always looking for feedback to help us improve our games, so give the new Dungeon Flipper a try, and tell us what you think!

There absolutely will be more furniture, loot, and even dungeons in the future. We've got a content update in the works right now. As for your question about the soap, it works as a weapon does. Hitting the stains on the ground should destroy them. If it doesn't, don't hesistate to tell us, as we're eager to fix bugs.

Thank you very much for the encouraging words, and thank you for the feedback as well. We'll get to fixing the issues you mentioned immediately. Also, GWDC sounds like a great event.

The first round of improvements to Dungeon Flipper and the game's very first MacOS X version are out! The improvements include upgraded controls and physics for combat, clearer and more detailed UI labeling and control scheme,  a settings menu that gives you control over audio levels, a furry friend by the name of Bartleby, and a few miscellaneous fixes.  If you're on Mac, give our game a try, and let us know what you think!

First, make sure you have the furniture equipped. You equip furniture by selecting it in your inventory and pressing F. It'll show up in the furniture bar of your equipment page. Then, when in a dungeon, make sure you have that equipped piece of furniture active. The smallest circle in the bottom left corner of your HUD will show it if it's active (press E to cycle active furniture). Finally, hold down space and move the green floor marker to wherever you want to place the furniture. When you release space, the furniture will appear there.

We're planning on making the controls far more clear to the user in the coming update, and I'll make sure to relay your suggestion about a weapon shop to the designers.

Dungeon Flipper, a game about clearing and decorating dungeons, is finally out! We, the developers, are a group of high school students who make games together for our school's game development club. As our goal is to make games we care about and share them for the enjoyment of others, Dungeon Flipper is completely FREE. Give the game a try and let us know if you have any feedback. Enjoy!

Thank you very much for the response. I'll try that out.

I am a part of a high school game development club, and I am using dotgrid to create many of the UI elements for our current game.  It's going great so far, except for one thing: because there is a thin layer of transparent pixels surrounding the edge of every shape in my .png renders, when I try to do things like fill a shape with a bucket tool, there is a very noticeable jagged separation between colored elements. Is there a way to turn off the antialiasing (I am just guessing that a slight AA effect is what's responsible for the semitransparent edges), or would I have to manually edit and recompile from source to get rid of the effect?
