From what I've seen, the game may crash if you have too much money, but I don't know if that's the cause. The delegation rating going down in the next season is part of the game I believe.

Happens any year, when it crashes it says something about memory.

It happens on this build, I think the problem is that when you have too much money going into the next season, the game can't handle it
