Simply incredible! The music, art, UI, and story were all top notch! As others have said, the skip battle button was a very thoughtful addition that I truly appreciated! Very well done!

Thank you so much for the kind words! Yeah I'm a bit sad that transitioning to the main level put a UI widget above the current one, so it was tracking gold but would reset to 50 in the display haha. You live and you learn I guess! I also had a complete inventory system as well, but couldn't implement the final part and scrapped the whole thing. Scope management is a touch lesson to learn! Super cool and cohesive art style! The colors and style are reminiscent of Cave Story, at least to me. I know it wasn't too long, but it was super fun! For some reason the small acceleration on the jump just feels super good as well. Played muted, otherwise I'm sure I would complement the music and SFX as well haha. Overall, awesome job, all! Very cool concept with a clean execution! And definitely has that addicting quality. Even for me who doesn't play mobile games at all, I can see development for mobile doing well for you with this project (people tilting their phones trying to stay on the road, etc.)!
