Hi there! The game has a credits section in the options menu, with a listing of all music tracks in the game. Each song is courtesy of RoyaltyFreePlanet.com under the Creative Commons Attributions 3.0 and IIRC they also have a youtube channel with the songs available there too

VR Kayaking Game Demo (With a very big duck)

Thank you for the kind words! The oar and the experience as a whole still have room for improvement for sure, even though they've come a long way since I've first worked on the project. 

The apple and water bottle aren't part of any of the 2 main objective on the map; you can do whatever you want with them (and I'm sure you'd need a snack and drink while rl kayaking too ;D )

Welcome to a virtual kayaking experience!

Originally showcased at the 2021 Auckland Indie Games Showcase (and slightly reworked since then), this is a seated Virtual Reality sandbox experience where you can travel in your kayak by paddling around!

In this demo, you'll find one of two tasks:

• Help a big ducky to find all its lost babies scattered across the map
• Collect trash that's floating around in a big cave and put them in the recycling bin

or you can ignore them entirely, relax on the water and play some tunes from your smartphone's music app.

This game can be played using any SteamVR compatible headset.

This is a hobby project of mine, so maybe this will be the start to a fully released game, or maybe not, who knows.

I gave the Oculus Rift S version of the game a go on my own setup using SteamVR but no bueno, the game wouldn't start. It'd be great to have it work with SteamVR since it's the biggest platform for PCVR, but I'm not sure how you'd integrate that given that you already have Oculus support. 

It's a shame I don't get to have a go at it just yet but it still looks fabulous. Best of luck on GNAM! :D

This looks lovely and I have yet to try it (currently downloading). I had a quick question though.

The downloadable say they're either quest or rift s, but would the rift s build work for a steamVR headset? (In my case it's a Vive)

PhasR is an infinite runner styled after vector graphic games like Asteroids and Tempest. You must survive a treacherous tubular highway dodging grey barriers and phase through coloured ones by swappingyour ship's colour on the fly!

 The game includes a killer synthwave soundtrack and a local scoreboard to challenge your friends and yourself.

Also mild epilepsy warning, it does have a few flashing elements.

This is really fun! I thought it was too easy at first, but the needy plants make for really some really interesting puzzle solving!
