Here's my specs:
OS: Windows 10
Processor: Intel Core i5-6200u
Memory: 4 GB
Graphics: Nvidia Geforce 940M
I have the same problem too. Only white blurry text and black background. Switching to fullscreen doesn't fix it.
This might be bug or something
