Thanks!

Correct one submitted! If you could delete 'House with Too Many Zombies in it' from the Jam, that would be ideal, thanks!

Is there a way I can take that one out and submit the actual 1-page game?

Just covered this on the channel, and it's looking great - the horde mode functions well, and the new cleanup mode is extremely promising!

Absolutely worth checking out if you enjoy zombie shooters!

I decided to try this game out, and was pleasantly surprised to find an intriguing little puzzle-box of a zombie defense game!

Check out the video here:

The playable teaser is complete!

You can try it right here: https://hoguru.itch.io/takethe...

I'm super-happy with how it turned out!

Now to get the title screen and ending screen made, and the playable teaser will be finished!

Okay, art has been commissioned!

Now we play the waiting game...

Here are a couple of sketches!

Not much to look at yet, but we're moving along swimmingly! Once the art is in, I'll finish up the playable Teaser and put it up for all to enjoy!

Hi!

This is my first video game project - a Visual Novel, inspired by the experience of having played the worst Visual Novel ever made. (If you're morbidly curious, that game is called Run Away) I decided that I'd be able to do better than they had, and now I'm actually trying to do it.

So I got Tyrannobuilder and whipped up a playable teaser for the game (2 scenes, a few decision points, 6 endings) - and now I'm looking for art and music to slap on top of the temp images I've used. No one's psyched about games starring coloured rectangles, as I understand it. (Then again, I really liked Thomas Was Alone, so...)

The point is, if anyone has recommendations about where I can find or purchase some Visual Novel-style art (colourful, anime-influenced) or has a tip on some foreboding horror-y music, I'd love to hear it!

I'll update this project as I get closer to releasing the free Teaser, then start a new one for the main game!

Thanks,
