That is actually a text encoded in base64. You can use a base64 decoder (you can find decoding sites online) to figure out what it says. I'll paste the code here for you, since some letters in image are hard to read

PureIceBlue also added codes in base64 in Lily's Well. Might be worth it to figure those out too
