Hiya, we're a relatively new indie game dev team currently working on a big 2D Openworld Sandbox RPG set in e Medieval Fantasy world. I'm Katsu, the team's leader, writer, game designer, and I also work on some of the art. We currently have 5 artists and need more artists to help speed up development. We are not looking for sound designers as our project has yet to reach a stage where we need anything tailor made for it.
As this is a rev-share project, All earnings by the team will either be reinvested into the team for future projects or other stuff like websites and advertising. We are working on getting some features playable so that we can record some clips and start promoting the game soon. We will also be opening a Patreon to hopefully earn some income through it in the near future. The Individual share of each team member will depend on the individual's contribution to the team to keep things fair. Once we have a good amount of playable features we will release the game on Steam Early Access as we continue working on the game till completion.
