I know this is old, but a lot of games get flagged as viruses. I believe games on itch are approved before they are posted so you should be ok to play any game on the platform! Anti-viruses trip up a lot. Mine once warned me before downloading steam lol
I think I may have run into the same thing. Ran around for about 30 minutes to no avail. Totally possible I am just missing something, but it seems like it may be a little broken. I will try the downloaded version later tonight and see if anything is different!
