I paid for 0.3 when it came out and 0.4 now, I don't think there's an option to upgrade. Why not purchase it again? Devs need support

I bought the 0.3d version and hope it helps you guys out with development! I was just wondering if there were any sex scenes with the redhead nun so far as I couldn't find anything, and I'm wondering if there's any plans for a scene with her in the upcoming version.
