Oooh. I like the contract setup, but a few bugs. After you complete it it doesn't reset and wins the game again immediately. There is also no restart when you've started so I can't get around that tutorial at the start - and you can't lose anymore, even if you turn everything off. you just lose all the contracts. Some of the cancelled contract pop ups don't seem to always clear. The strategy is basically the same as before. I like that the player controls the power requirements with the contracts.
First time i won in 10 days and it was two slow, second time 5 days and it was still too slow. Not sure how quick I gotta beat it to get higher than a one star.

Hey, first off - this is super entertaining and a very fun play through. Spent most of last night getting the second level down.
The balance between power types and having to remove reliance on coal is some pretty great gameplay. My main complaint though is there really is one viable strategy (in level 2). I figured out pretty quick the dam and the forest plant (???? tbh not really sure what this one is). Anyway that one and the dam are expensive but can run pretty much indefinitely with the dam being able to toggle IMMEDIATELY. This makes these two sources very very strong. It ends up one of the gaming decisions thats not really a choice, because if you don't do it the game becomes impossible. I tried for about an hour but I couldn't get through the first day without taking both of them to start.
This brings me to another issue: I'd prefer (maybe a level 3?) if we were 100% reliant on coal to start. No big bucks to go invest in renewables. Just 100% coal and go make money. Obviously this would need rebalancing on how long it takes to get off coal and maybe the coal plant produces significantly more / has more coal plants i can fire up. Overall solar and wind feel pretty good. The graphs are awesome, it has me doing on the fly estimations and toggling between sources - i think that is the games core strength. But after a few days I know (for example) I can get through the day with 4 solar panels and just toggling the main coal plant in the morning, and a second one for the evening spike). If there were "events", it's overcast solar down 20%, it's stormy wind up 50%, drought dam not refilling, etc. Little stuff that will force me to change up my strategy. Maybe instead of making coal STOP shipments it gets more expensive each time. Could make a little blurb about how the government is adding steep taxes to polluting sources, in an attempt to get everyone going green. (could also give grants for achieving x% of total renewable energy)
OH, one last thing batteries drain one at a time, it would be wayyyyy better if they all drained and charged together, if I run half my batteries down I can only give half the total power. (at least I think it works this way)
I have a couple other nitpics, lack of a real menu, no real in-game help, art is a little mismatched, BUT overall it's a really really fun game. With a bit more work you could easily have a mobile game that makes a good chunk every month. Keep it up!!
