Sorry if this has been mentioned anywhere (I've looked everywhere for a specific answer, but don't wanna get disqualified or not listen to rules) I don't know how to make 3D assets so I usually use Synty Asset packs in my games. Am I allowed to use Synty Assets for my 3D models since they are pre made assets not intended for this Jam specifically? If not, that's okay, I will make something different. I am just curious if I am able to use them and still qualify/not break any rules

I appreciate the feedback! In the coming few weeks I plan on doing several balances and updates, so I'll have to add the buttons and revolver to my list. I def agree, the revolver was WAY too weak in hindsight haha. Thank you again for the feedback and for playing!

First off thank you so much for playing! I'm glad you were drawn to the game by the art style as it was a fair risk doing it that way, but I decided to go for it. As for the shotgun I actually noticed that yesterday (LOL) and patched it for a future update, thank you for informing me as well! I will look into the uncapped FPS as an option too! Thanks for the feedback!

This is for Cosmic Horror Jam III. I have never made a full game before, nor made my own assets, NOR drawn anything. It's pretty rough and poorly optimized, but I hope to get it working well and content added the few coming weeks. Hope you enjoy what I have so far :)

This is my first game jam, BUT I have heard that making the game playable start to finish FIRST helps.. then go back and polish it up, touch up areas you want to look different, add stuff, etc. That way you at least have something playable even if some sections look only decent, you can always add polish afterwards or if you have time

Actually really fun, little hard to tell what is going on cause of the screen shake if you spam the shoot button really fast but was a pretty fun gig. Really dig the look of it too

Love it! Would be super cool to see a growing and shrinking anim for those who have the OG Swordmaster! Also a ranged attack such as throwing the sword and calling it back would be sick!!
