It would be nice if you were to try and implement the three points I mentioned in an update. Unfortunately, I felt discouraged to play the game due to those three points, but I will still pick it back up for that 1cc clear.

Just picked up the game, currently giving first impressions.
- No dialogue skip feature? It's a bit nitpicky for me as someone who had avidly played (and malded over) some Touhou games (mainly 15, some 16, and a bit of 6), but when you're constantly restarting for whatever targets you have (I currently am practicing to get the 1cc clear), having a "hold next to skip" feature is useful.
- Add a small help section. It's kinda confusing to try and tell between Power (Harmony) and Point pickups, despite them having the same color scheme as Touhou. It'll also help to know at what points of Harmony does your shot upgrades.
- Would help if there was a clearer way to tell if you're currently grazing. Only having those subtle sparks around A-Chan to tell so is kinda hard to tell. Having something like a slightly dark circle around A-Chan to tell when you're grazing and to show the graze range would be nice.
I would also talk about the shot type A-Chan has, but that's gonna be very biased as I am a Sanae main in TH15, who has a homing shot for her focused shot. (Though it would be a bit... weird, since it feels like I don't get any spread from unfocused at all, but I've only reached the 2.00 power shot, so I need to play more.)
Hello there! Or should I say, konyappi! (Yes, I'm a Kenzoku. But daremo daisuki. Got a problem? wwww)
I've played the v0.2.2a demo, and after my first and blind run, I would like to give my thoughts. First off, positives.
1: Dear goodness, I'm hooked on the story. But as of course, the game is in a demo state, I'm hung up and wanting more.
2: Genius twist and use of the turn-based mechanics. Flare's position-dynamic move set, Pekora's ability to forage automatically out front or be Sans-tier in agility at the backend, and even the targeting mechanics!
3: I like how every skill has its own flair. Every attack(even enemies') felt impactful and every support skill felt effective(actual effectivity is a different story).
4: Defeated enemies staying over as corpses to maintain positioning is quite nice, allowing the flavor of skills that target certain positions to shine.
5: A character similar to Ecolo, the Wanderer of Worlds from Puyo Puyo. Interesting. And Fuu-tan's suspicion makes them even more interesting.
Now, for three small nitpicks:
1: Well, we can hover over the current party and remaining enemies to see their stats and all, but it can use a "Next" indicator to see who's next in line, that similar to Yakuza: Like a Dragon unless y'all want the turn system to be dependent on encounter type and how it was entered like that of the Persona series.
2: Marine's 4th skill, Money Shot, is braindead OP. I mean, it's supposed to be the "build it up then blow it all" kinda skill, but spamming it Anchor Drop/AHOY! then Money Shot over and over is just OP. I can shred through most enemies easily. My idea to counter that is after use, it would have a cooldown of one turn when it can be cast before it can be used again. (Ex. I cast on Marine's turn Money Shot. Next turn, I'm forced to use either AHOY! or Anchor Drop, since she lacks any Doubloons. The succeeding turn she gets, she still won't be able to use itbut is able to the next turn after.) [Another idea I came up with as I was writing this is that the damage multiplier would go lower the more you spam it. Maybe it can work.]
3: Guard? I mean, just a way to skip one's turn without doing or altering anything. Who knows, maybe some skills can be more effective when they skipped their previous turn?
That's all I have to say. I would give this demo a solid 9.1/10. Also, I'd like to ask if you'd like to have a story writer on your team. I'd be willing to work with you, and I don't really need to be paid. I prefer to work in my free time. (insert big kusa) I just have to put out that I can be a slow worker, being constantly stuck in a block and also being a big perfectionist. You can see here the work I'll present as my sample. (that's also a self-promo wwwww) Contact me on my Twitter if you'd like to call me.
That's all I have to say. Once again, great work! Keep working on it at your own pace and don't be pressured. Rushed work is never that great, but delayed work can still exceed expectations. Otsuyappi!
And what I found? A story worth as much, if not more than diamonds.
Being a fast reader meant that the story would feel shorter to me- but I'm glad that the lesson that a certain loudmouthed but actually caring character made it feel more than just a few hours.
So, where should I start...? Ah yes, I'll start with Amber's dilemma. Her "Should I be happy?" question resonated within me, and from there I felt much closer to her. A torn person fixed up with as-if glue. I can go on for ages about this, so I'll cut it.
Second was, well, her breakdown. My dear gracious- I can feel her frustrations(and her anger too in one early part) through the screen and straight to me!
Last I want to point was Mariah's quote that Amber remembered. I just wanna say, it's a lesson to remember.
All in all, doesn't matter if you bought it or someone gifted it to me for free, I'd give this a Will Read Again/10.
Bravo.
