Make sure you extract the files and keep the .exe file in the same folder that it comes in. Most windows computers will have a pop up message that says something like "windows has prevented this program from running." If you hit details in this pop up window, there will be an option for "run anyways" which will allow the game to boot up.

Thanks for hosting the jam, old sport. I had a great time and learned a lot from the whole process.
