I think the real grave mistake would be not playing this game. Its has a very nice worrying atmosphere. I wouldn't say horror really, but there is definitely level of nervous you receive from walking the halls, unsure of exactly where your pursuer will be based off noise alone.

The lack of prior knowledge of whats going on in this mansion before entering also adds a nice amount of desire to explore and find secrets, Easter eggs, or read through the diaries laid out throughout.

There were a couple bugs here or there with throwing items or collision boxes, but nothing that makes it unplayable or impact the core game. Overall Great work!

P.S. Thanks for checking out the video before I had time to even review :

Really Cool Game!

The story feels a bit more fresh considering it uses a bit more of a modern theme. Instead of the usual Protag meets girl at school, at work, or whatever the niche is. He actually meets them online and makes the mistake of inviting over a Stanger to his house. It gave it a way more real feeling and had me With a consistent palm in my face from the protagonist's actions.

Also the Secret Ending alone earns 5 stars easily (Dw I won't spoil it in the review

)

There are other comments stating this, but the various typos and incorrect pronouns makes it hard to tell who's saying what a lot of the time. I assume its due to translation issues, but the overall message and story is still mostly understandable.

Overall the story had good Yandere elements, and all the onii-chan stuff made the 180 change into crazy that Manaka had compared to the start and the insinuated past history the Protagonist had with her more creepy and uncomfortable. Good work!

The outcomes and response options felt a bit random or rushed at times, though I wont go into tons of details for spoiler reasons.

But overall it was an enjoyable read and the antagonist was very creepy, which I enjoy in novels like these. Good work!

Bit late to the party with this game I think. But I love the twist to the yandere genre this gives. Instead of the usual victim being the reader, its just a battle of yandere supremacy. It felt very refreshing to see that coupled with the innocent looking bright colours and cheery atmosphere of the art style. Good stuff!

The story was exceptional. I tend to play a lot of novels in the yandere department, but this one had a really good spin on it that I don't see often. Although I would have to say the other twist in the story was even better, which I won't say to prevent potential spoilers for anyone else who wants to paly this for themselves.

I hope to see more novels from you in the future!

Awesome game. Viryse is easily the best girl.
I really enjoyed the voice in my head constantly breaking the tension or the subtle 4th wall breaks to cut up the normal pace of the fairly short novel. Almost every girl having a part in every route was also a nice touch!

This post is old, but seeing as how y ou asked for a gameplay video, here you are (I'd share it anyways)

This game was quite out of this world...
I  really liked the characters, especially Sparks! He was such a bro, it was awesome! Its always very refreshing to get a Yandere tale that comes from the third party's perspective.

I loved the style of this, totally refreshing not being the one getting stabberated for a change. I can't wait to play the sequel! Middleschoolers these days are on a whole other level.

Very fun read. it wasn't long but the comedy was pretty on point. thanks for your work!

Loved all the different little stories he shared based on the choices. Best date I've ever had 10/10 would kiss him in the end.

This game was pretty awesome! I hope you make another game someday
