Idk if you can add ideas here on the community board but ill just do it. So, This would add a new tab at the menu of the game where you can when you press it choose 1."edit map" which gives you  a blank map and you can add countries with names and all. and 2. the map download which is a "shop" where people can post their maps for use for other people, so they can play their maps for example WW2 or modern.

I think a Europe map in its full size would be pretty nice.
