Hey I have a problem my game keeps freezing is there a way to fix it?

Hello I want to report a bug that's preventing me from beginning the game. When I try to leave the dialogue when we tell Morgan a that we tested the powers after that it won't let me continue making it bug by only leaving me with a black screen and the time passing. In short: black screen not letting me pogress

I'm trying to figure out where the radio tower is but it doesn't show in the map and I'm confused
