Maybe because Godot using Vulcan renderer since 4.0, and there is no compatibility for older graphic card. Thanks for reporting this error  

can you explain more? im download and tested is run well, well yeah security always blocked but you can ignore and still play. I not adding some malicious things into this game but windows detect if download an executed software will be detect as malware or some malicious things

Thanks for playing my game and give me feedback. Maybe soon I will be adding new content like new enemy and adding boss fight, and remove retro tv screen when gameplay. Once again thanks for the feedback
